This study adopted methods of document analysis and questionnaire survey based on the results of literature analysis. Randomly selected samples of 1,200 teachers from 48 public senior high schools in Taiwan for the 2015 academic year 1,043 valid questionnaires were returned with the valid return rate of 86.92%. The SPSS and AMOS were applied for the data analysis of frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, multiple regression and structural equation modeling. The conclusions of the study were as follows: 1.Principals' transformational leadership, teachers' job satisfaction, teachers' professional commitment, school effectiveness in public senior high schools were above the middle degree. 2.The perceptions of different background variables teachers of Principals' transformational leadership, teachers' job satisfaction, teachers' professional commitment, school effectiveness in public senior high schools were partly significant difference. 3.The correlation among principals' transformational leadership, teachers' job satisfaction, teachers' professional commitment, school effectiveness in public senior high schools was significant positive correlation. 4.The principals' transformational leadership, teachers' job satisfaction, teachers' professional commitment, could significantly predict the school effectiveness in public senior high schools. 5.The ordinariness of fit structural equation model was acceptable with the principals' transformational leadership, teachers' job satisfaction, teachers' professional commitment, school effectiveness in public senior high schools.
