| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 高階主管企管碩士班 === 104 === The research purpose of this study was to understand the differences and correlation between the participative mtivation and participative degree of satisfaction of the EMBA slow pitch softball players. The method in this study was questionnaire survey, there were 162 validquestionnaires. All resources were analyzed by item analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample test, one-way ANOVA, LSD post-hoc comparison method, Peaeson’s correlation of statistical process. The findings of this study were as follows:
1. There were significant differences in participative motivation of The EMBA slow pitch
softball players.
2. There were significant differences in participative degree of satisfaction of The EMBA
slow pitch softball players.
3. There were significant relationships between participative degree of satisfaction of The
EMBA slow pitch softball players.
