Since the design of electrical power steering controllers in the world is focused on the safety and maneuverability,the key techniqe would not be discovered. Therefore,a high efficient electrical power steering controller is designed and implemented in this thesis to meet the requirements of vehicle safety, vehicle maneuverability,and fuel saving.
