The relationship between organizational commitment and adaptive performance may be mediated by other variables, such organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), which refers to employee voluntary, extra-role behavior that is not described by the job description. A total of 250 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed. Results show positive correlation among organizational commitment, OCB, and adaptive performance, and OCB partially mediated the relationship.
