Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 影像與生醫光電研究所 === 104 === How to improve the interference of in-car navigation system is the important issue for the driving safety. Despite large amounts of research assessing the usability and interfaces, there has been much less investigation of brain activity by the auditory presentation navigation while driving in the road. In this study, we designed an real-world experiment with the electroencephalography (EEG) recordings and in-car information to explore the brain dynamic activity while driver performed the lane-change task followed the auditory instruction from in-car navigation system. The results showed that auditory cue can influence the speed control and also increase the frontal delta/beta power that are related to motor preparation and decision making during lane change. Specific vehicle information (lateral acceleration and heading angle) with EEG features can be a better lane-change assessment for future naturalized driving study.
