Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 材料科學與工程學系所 === 104 === This study was divided into two parts: (1) Study the use of different concentration p-phenylenediamine to modify CMK-3 at different temperatures, and to analyze the difference between the before and after modification. (2) Discuss the difference of thermoelectric properties between doping modified- CMK-3 and unmodified- CMK-3 of poly(4-styrenesulfonate acid)/polyaniline/CMK-3 composite by in-situ polymerization. The first part, nucleophilic substitution has attacked the carbonyl groups on CMK-3 and generating covalent bonds by using the lone-pair electrons which belongs to nitrogen atom of the p-phenylenediamine. With FTIR analysis, a peak of amide group appeared at 1515 cm 1 wavenumber. The dispersion of modified- CMK-3 in the N,N-Dimethylacetamide got better and better. With UV-Vis analysis and Raman analysis, we found better modify result at room temperature. The second part, we found an order enhancement of conductivity of poly(4-styrenesulfonate acid)/polyaniline/CMK-3 composite doping with modified-CMK-3 by in-situ polymerization. The thermal conductivity of poly(4-styrenesulfonate acid)/polyaniline/CMK-3 composite was not influenced by doping modified-CMK-3. The composite sample 0.3M PD-80-7% exhibit higher ZT value of 0.13.
