碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 體育推廣學系 === 104 === The Study of the Relationship among Leisure Motivation, Leisure Constraints and Leisure Satisfaction of Financial Industry Abstract The main purposes of the study was to understand the Relationship among leisure motivation, leisure constraints and leisure satisfaction of financial industry, comparing different backgrounds disguised in leisure motivation, differences in the leisure and recreational hinder satisfaction factors and relevant circumstances. In this study, the Department of Finance in Taipei practitioners as the research object, leisure motivation scale, scale and impede recreational and leisure satisfaction scale as a research tool, a convenient way of sampling mining investigation, a total of 300 questionnaires were valid questionnaires a total of 247, the effective rate of 82.3% using SPSS for Windows version 18 statistical software package performed data processing and analysis. The results show: First, the financial industry practitioners in leisure motivation to "competency - proficiency" is most strongly felt; leisure obstacle to "structural impediments" to the highest; leisure satisfaction in places "education" the highest . Second, gold practitioners employees of different sex "intelligence" and "stimulus - avoidance" in casual motives are significant differences in men than in women; in different age groups is "competency - proficiency" and "sociability" of significant differences. Third, the financial industry practitioners of different background variables in leisure impede less the difference, the only significant difference is "interpersonal obstacle." Fourth, leisure satisfaction, age, marriage, family composition and income in the "beauty aspect" significant differences in the "education" and "social" financial industry practitioners of different income amounted to significant differences. Five leisure motivation, leisure and recreation of obstruction between satisfaction variables are related to existence.
