Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 運動保健學系 === 104 === Background: Most mentally-disabled students have more difficulties on functional abilities than the peers, like endurance, physical strength...etc. And it leads to another problem of return to society and employed for these group. Purpose: This study is based on regular PE class two sections a week. During PE class, the teacher touch students to train their endurance on the cushion. To see if the students perform on Functional Evaluation better than the PE class started. Method: 1. Analyze which muscle works during the Functional Evaluation. 2. Make the training program and schedule the process. 3. Arrange the evaluation date before the intervention and after. 4. Adopt static of 2-way ANOVA, ω2, η2 to see if there any significant difference. Result: 1. It shows significant difference on keeping stable pose tests (p < .05). 2. It shows strong related (ω2= .2317) in the combination items by “seconds”. 3. It shows significant difference (p < .05), middle correlated (η2= .522), and strong related (ω2= .4054) at “Arm extending forward by Standing”; It shows strong related (ω2= .22304) at “Squat down then stand up continually”; It shows middle related (ω2= .08819) at “step up and down”. Conclusion: Movement analyzing of the combination items by seconds, “Arm extending forward by standing”, and “Squat down then stand up continually” relates with abdomen, back, and quadriceps muscle group. It also correspond with the body position training in the PE class. It makes the reasoned conclusion of students with mental disability can perform better on the Functional Evaluation by this kind and frequency of training.
