Become the full-time Hospitality Industry Teacher in College and University after a career conversion over five years . This author hopes that this study can meet the following goals and objectives:(1)Explore the motivation of the technical and professional institutions and hospitality industry University Teachers career conversion. (2)Learn the process of adaptation of the technical and professional institutions and hospitality industry University Teachers career conversion. (3)Discussion on the technical and professional institutions and hospitality industry university teacher career pressures faced by the conversion. (4)Learn the response pathway technical and professional institutions and hospitality industry University Teachers career conversion under pressure coping. (5)Investigate the effects of the technical and professional institutions and hospitality industry college teachers in career transition. Through eight respondents, from the hospitality industry career converted into the technical and professional institutions and hospitality industry university teachers and career background conversion process and background, motive of career conversion, career conversion adaptation process, career convert pressure, pressure pathways in response to career conversion, effect of career conversion, the content of the interview obtained summarized and discussed, conclusion of this study was : (1)Transferring of careers process of the hospitality industry teacher in college and university motivation includes have a good quality of life, care of regard to family life, looking for fit values of the working environment, pursuit of stable career development for psychological needs and psychological motivation. (2)Transferring of careers process of the hospitality industry teacher in college and university adaptation process involves include personal self-adjustment, good support system. (3)Transferring of careers process of the hospitality industry teacher in college and university encounter pressure because of parents intervention teaching , recruit students, failure to implement the withdrawal student system, evaluation system, teachers promotion system bring environmental stress and personal stress. (4)Transferring of careers process of the hospitality industry teacher in college and university stress response pathways include use Structure exercises in stress management theory attitude, life experience, action skills. (5)Transferring of careers process of the hospitality industry teacher in college and university change impact on individuals include return quality of life, fully care of the family, initiation or willingness to pursue further studies to learn. (6)Transferring of careers process of the hospitality industry teacher in college and university produced influences on the workplace have become a bridge between academia and industry to reduce the gap on the communication, providing the training idea from industry, help to develop the technical manpower with skill available, for the academic teacher brought a new stimulus to stimulate new thinking.
