Summary: | 碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 教育政策與行政學系 === 104 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the class management strategy and performance of preschool educators in the kindergartens by questionnaire survey method, the samples of our research are kindergartens’ preschool educators in the middle and north area in Taiwan. The valid questionnaires are 1063, valid rate is 96%. The conclusions of this study are as follow:
1. Preschool educators in the kindergartens exercise well on the class management strategies, the best is kid behavior tutor, the second is regular management strategy, the third is teaching activity strategy and the least is environment management.
2. Preschool educators in the kindergartens exercise well on the class management performances, the behavior tutor performance is better than the class teaching performance.
3. Preschool educators in the kindergartens perform significant differently by years of service, the longer the preschool educators served, the better management strategy and performance they do.
4. Preschool educators in the kindergartens perform significant differently by education levels, those who graduated from kid-teaching related department or graduated school perform better on management strategy and performance than others.
5. Preschool educators in the kindergartens perform significant differently by job positions, the head and the directors of kindergartens perform better on management strategy and performance than others.
6. Preschool educators in the kindergartens perform significant differently by age, the older preschool educators perform better on management strategy and performance than the youth.
7. Those who teach in public kindergartens performance better than the personal.
Finally, researchers can offer some suggestions for government administration, school, preschool educators, and future study refer to the conclusions of this study.
