Taking care of the elder life is also an important issue as the numbers of Labor force decrease. Wireless Sensor System used in medical caring industry can applicate in many field, including wearable system, medical caring, and so on. This thesis implement a Microcontroller for Intra-Body Communication by TSMC 1P6M 0.18 um CMOS technology process. Intra-Body Communication platform is a detect system, and it is able to sense the medical signal in the body, then transmit it back to device to analyze. The function of Microcontroller is to control the circuit operation inside the system and transmission/receiving of the signal. The Microcontroller use Asynchronous transmitter/receiver as communication interface with other devices, and is capable of checking the correct signal. The data frame is RS232 format. The MCU consists of UART RX/TX and the core circuit. The MCU has four type of commands, which are idle, convert, transmit, and continue, to control the system. This thesis implement a Microcontroller for Intra-Body Communication by TSMC 1P6M 0.18 um CMOS technology process.
