As a result, a fresh graduate’s team work and the ability of dealing with relationships cultivated during studying turn out to be the important elements to enhance the competitiveness, besides the basic professional knowledge and skill. This study is mainly based on the sight of social capital, to discuss the relations between postgraduate’s political skill and network centrality, and the relations between extraversion, self-monitoring, and political skill, also the relations between postgraduate’s network centrality, loneliness and organizational identification. The study researcher collected data through questionnaire from domestic postgraduates and their learning group by mainly used correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results are listed as follows: 1.Individual sincerity behavior has a positive impact to friendship network centrality. 2.Characters of individual extraversion has an impact to political skill. 3.Characters of individual self-monitoring will influence political skill 4.Friendship network will affect loneliness.
