According to Market Intelligence ＆ Consulting Institute(MIC) research that TAIWAN semiconductor industry contribute 20% of the value per year for such industry.
People are highly depend on technical product such as Smartphone, Digital camera, Smart watch, Intelligent vehicle, Computer and Intelligent Building nowadays and all of the technical products are assembled by IC(integrated circuit) components. Furthermore, IC is made by semiconductor.
We can know that Semiconductor industry is how important for people nowadays and How we depend on semiconductor industry.
IC is made by a really complex supply chain in semiconductor industry. First, IC should be defined its function from IC design company, secondly, we have to realize the function by Silicon element. Thirdly, we have to assemble the silicon to avoid dust.
Finally, we have to test the assembled IC by electric to ensure the quality then we just can use these IC to make technical product.
We know that The Supply Chain is extremely complex by above introduction. So, this thesis is research on the supply chain of Semiconductor industry and try to figure out the relationship between supplier and customer.
This thesis used “Resource-basic view” and “Transaction costs” theories to research on “Customer Satisfaction”, in the thesis, the result is really rather positive, I can prove that “Resource-basic view” and “Transaction costs” Theories are positive related with “Customer satisfaction”.
