In this thesis, Cloud Machining Supplier Matching Platform (CMSMP) is proposed to offer mechanical equipment manufacturers an efficient way to match suitable machining suppliers. This study contains the following developments: (1) Build a cloud architecture to enhance utilization of servers and to simplify device management. (2) Use analytic hierarchy process (AHP) as a matching mechanism to recommend mechanical equipment manufacturers the best supplier from candidate machining suppliers. In the same time, a behavior tracking mechanism validating AHP matching method is also developed. (3) Develop three transactional services to provide a different transactional pipeline for both machining suppliers and mechanical equipment manufacturers. The services include order-bidding service, order-cooperation service and order-shared service.   The results of the experimental case studies indicate that CMSMP can efficiently recommend a reliable machining supplier to mechanical equipment manufacturer. In the case of large number of concurrent users, CMSMP is still stable and efficient based on the server performance test and evaluation of system effectiveness.
