The background of this study is to analyze the difficulties and threats of the industry encounters in the competitive environment and market demand of the equipment agents in semiconductor industry. The progress of new technology is so fast, the challenge for every enterprise is become intensified, the business operation model of enterprise must follow and have a adjust of change base on the times and the progress of science and technology, the aim of this study is using in analysis of Diamond framework and the business model canvas as a research tool, understand the business model type of case study enterprise, and in-depth interviews to collect related information, provide case study company for a future viable new business models and business strategies based on the follow-up analysis recommendations to enhance the competitive advantage of company K.
