Mergers and acquisitions are one of the way for the corporations to enhance the competitiveness, it can help the corporations to get new competitiveness, market share, technology of patents, technology integration, professional talent persons... and so on, however it is not easy to execute the whole process such as before the acquisition, the integration process, and the adjustment after acquisition. If the acquisition assessment is wrong or the message is not correct will cause the failure or lose money for the whole acquisition cases. The failure will even cause the bankrupt of the corporation. After acquisition the corporation will encounter many kinds of challenges such as organization adjustment, technology integration, financial consolidation, process consolidation and market positioning issues. The merge and acquisition strategy and assessment for the companies will influence the success or failure for the whole acquisition, so the assessment and the decision analysis is very important.
