Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 104 === Innovation and Entrepreneurship (I&E) is the growing trend for numerous entrepreneurs around the world recently. However, to be successful, entrepreneurs require plenty of background knowledge in order to resolve specific problems during the venturing process. With the development of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), they may support I&E like a startup accelerator. This study uses Community of Practice (CoP) to builds the model of I&E through knowledge map (K-Map) and knowledge management (KM) mechanism to assist entrepreneurs in practicing the I&E. Students participating in I&E MOOCs community were interviewed and the qualitative data was collected and analyzed to verify the effectiveness of MOOCs. Overall, the results show that though I&E MOOCs are quite primitive, entrepreneurs have positive tendency and regard MOOCs as useful resources. Consequently, MOOCs could be referred to the incubators.
