| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 都市計劃學系 === 104 === Along with the medical and socio-economic growth, the human life span is increasing. On the other hand, the birthrate is on the decrease. The proportion of elderly in demographic ratio is significant increasing and it cause Aging Society become the major issue of country planning for every country. The objective of this study is to investigate the influence of the community resources used by the elderly, observe the usage of the resources provided by neighborhood environment, explore their behavior, usage frequency, resources needed and impact for their old age life. And investigate the elderly needs, and then make recommendations on the future of the community planning to improve the overall environment.
