However, due to the lack of professional knowledge, most users can only discuss with architect on design stage, and cannot highly participate in land spatial planning and its subsequent allocation stage. The purpose of this study is how to make the general public can be highly participation, to present their subjectivity in the dwellings. Participatory process is the game. There are strict rules in the game in order to ensure fairness and feasibility. Therefore, this design game study follows method: at first, to establish the rules, and after several examinations, review and correct the rules. Final the game rule was developed, which can let users be highly participation. Depend on the degree of participation; there have two games, which are planning game and allocation game. From the exam result, it was further design demonstration to check the feasibility of rules. In this thesis, the general public can play the collective game according to the rules. Presentation of the result is different from the past and also similar to the layout of urban land subdivision, meanwhile, demonstrating the subjectivity of the user as much as possible, to achieve the ultimate purpose of participation.
