A framework is developed to show how a smart BIM object-integrated Green BIM tool is developed. This paper presents the method of developing the Green BIM tool capable of better-informing design decision. To demonstrate the usefulness of Green BIM tool, the method of Natural Ventilation Potential is used as a case study and tested.
