Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 104 === The purpose of this study is to analysis the factors affecting employees who accept innovation training technology, using peoples as the study subjects. 413 questionnaires were distributed, and 200 were returned, making an effective return rate of 48%. Based on the 200 returned questionnaires, SPSS statistical analysis software was used to perform reliability and validity analyses. A regression analysis based on the Linear Probability Model using E-View Software was then performed. The final regression results for the adjusted coefficient of determination (R-Squared) reaching 96% showed very satisfactory overall explanatory power of the model.
The results of this study indicated that (1) in terms of the the course details, lecturer gender, brand reputation, cost, interest, and sensibility all showed significantly positive impact on acceptance of training. (2) Personality showed no significantly positive impact on acceptance of training. (3) The advertising design showed no significantly negative impact on acceptance of training. (4) Reason showed a significant impact on acceptance of training. (5) Personal information showed no significant impact on acceptance of training.
