Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 水利及海洋工程學系 === 104 === In full-developed urban region, the avaliable public space for flood mitigation is gradually decreasing. Besides, the climate change result in the extreme event happening endlessly and it will make original designed drainage cannot afford the new situation. To deal this problem, establishing the whole urban region simulation to extend the flood mitigation measure such as flooding plain management, evacuation route planning, educational advocacy has become the important point of the flood mitigration in urban region. The drainage of the urban region link up the main stream, regional drainage and stormwater sewer system. In this research, we analysis some flow regimes and discuss what is fitting to simulate in the different gird junction. We can classify it to some types: river type, weir type, cave type (on the ground), manhole type, sewer type, forebay type, gete/pump station type. It can compute the water depth with the continuity equation in the different flow regimes. To make sure these analysis is available, we used some simple model test to comfirm the hydraulic phenomenon of the sewer system in this research. Last, we chose the 0612 rainfall event in the Yanshuei-chi Drainage of Tainan area for the model validation. It can obtain the approximate simulation with the real flooding disaster information. Therefore, in the future, we can use this model to simulate that it can assess the potential inundation and provide to applicate in disaster prevention.
