Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 工程管理碩士在職專班 === 104 === Challenge of growing population with rising demand of global food consumption up to 60% by 2050.Unsustainable soil use with pesticides and chemical fertilizer makes the soil acidification and loss of organic carbon. Organic farming is a system aimed at producing safe food and keep biodiversity. It also can ease the climate warming. Recently, it has no growth in the area of certified organic land in Taiwan. We hope that we can find out the problem and resolve it. We try to find the problem from numerous reports about Organic agriculture. We got nine bottlenecks about Organic agriculture after discuss with Organic agriculture experts. Observe these bottlenecks, we define bottlenecks connect to people, organic product and environment. We focus on people, organic product and environment to discuss the Organic agriculture. It is a kind of system issue. This study use TRIZ method to expand the solutions and enhances organic system development by Contradiction matrix, Physical Contradiction and Substance-Field. Finally, positioning nine innovative ideas to push Organic agriculture implement. Look for bottlenecks from the innovative ideas. We know that should call producers, consumers and sales to understand the meaning of Organic agriculture from education. Change the mind and behavior of people. It shall base on corporate culture of human and mutual profit with food and environment. And then we can overcome the Organic Agriculture bottlenecks and implement widely.
