The purpose of this evaluation is to see if the Snapping Force meets the design anticipation and product specification. We use Finite Element Simulation software to do a static analysis with linear material. During this process of repeating adjustment and analysis, we expect to establish a complete design and analytic process by importing finite element analysis software. This allows the designers to evaluate the snapping force of the products easily in the beginning process of the product development. Moreover, it also helps the designers to have a further evaluation of the clip's structural strength and discover related issues. We expect that designers can decrease the risks of modification in the later stage of development, shorten the time of overall development and reduce costs by having the whole process.
