Summary: | 碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 專案管理研究所 === 104 === Enhancing the Assembly Process Performance of Green Electric Scooter Motors by Means of 6-Sigma DMAIC
In this study, the 6-Sigma DMAIC was applied for improvement, focusing on the assembly process performance of a manufacture’s green electric scooter motors in the case study. First, numerous important quality characteristics were collected and organized, and then crucial evaluation indicators and the Multi-Process Capability Analysis Chart (MPCAC) of quality characteristics were developed, in order to find out the reasons for causing the bad assembly process performance of green electric scooter motors. Next, the Cause-and-Effect Diagram was employed to analyze the control factors which affected the process, the best parameter setting was resulted by means of the Taguchi Method and the Response Surface Methodology, and the concept of Industry 4.0 was adopted to assist in factory management. Last, the Minitab16 software was used to picture the Control Chart as a tool of monitoring the process, and then SOP was established to maintain the stability of product quality. In this study, the approach to the 6-Sigma DMAIC steadily improved the assembly process of green electric scooter motors; also, Industry 4.0 was introduced to the management. Both methods can help the industry enhance the product quality of green electric scooter motors as well as the international competitiveness.
