Summary: | 碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 104 === A traditional solar power generation device (SPGD) is generally a solid block, so the shape of the traditional SPGD will be limited to minority appearances and can’t be applied to the flexible substrates. In this paper, we use nanotechnology to grind solid block of silicon into a nano-grade silicon powder first. The powder is then painted on a flexible copper foil to produce a new type SPGD. The new type SPGD can be applied in any illuminated place. And, its shape and size have greater flexibility. Further, the experiment results show that small size substrate painted with 200 nanometer grade silicon powder or large size substrate painted with 30 nanometer grade silicon powder have higher photoelectric conversion efficiency.
