To resolve this problem, this paper aims to design “NiCd and Ni-Mh batteries quality measurement system combined with database management”. Therefore, it can achieve 1. Automatic charging/discharging process, internal resistance measurement and long-term cycle test. 2. Computer-human interface with data acquiring/transmission. 3. On-line test outcome monitoring.
