Student and teacher who can at home learning and teaching, it is the innovation of new learning mode. But through e-learning, if teacher can not improve learners' interest and learning performance, It will be the biggest crisis to cram school industry. Therefore,.teacher of cram school must be focuses on their teaching mode. The main purpose of this study for the core is the teacher charisma and learninng satisfication, the organize and explain for the key factors influencing to e-learning satisfaction、learning engagement and learning interest, to learn more about learners continuance intention and learning performance,and construct a complete correlation of the model. The study variables included teacher charisma、E-learning satisfaction、learning engagement、learning interest、continuance intention. The main objective is to improve learners pressure and help students understand the learning course, enhance learning effect let the learners keep to learning, in accordance with to improve to teach for learning performance, so that the cram school industry can more than achieve the learning objectives. On the use of questionnaires and surveys for this research, total recovery of 158 valid samples. Through analysis by PLS calibration the following results were found: attractive of teachers ' teaching will have a positive impact for learning satisfaction, student engagement and learning interest. On the other hand, student engagement has positive influence on learning performance, also interest in learning has positive effects on continuing willingness to learn, join moderator, respectively, classes, courses, learning motivation and purpose. As the results indicating that those three control variables have the regulating effect on architecture. Exploratory analysis schema following this study, results the learner satisfaction will improve student engagemen and learning investment will have a positive effect on learning performance, also learning interest will get involved in study investment, investment will further enhance learners ' learning performance. Therefore, this study suggests that cram school with task-oriented as main direction to assist learners help that achieve learning objectives.
