| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 資訊管理系研發科技與資訊管理碩士在職專班 === 104 === Modus operandi continues to be employed in rapid discernment between good and evil, "M-police” mobile networks is becoming a new weapon used by crime police. Its current use in leadership, learning, training, and facilitating the use of software, hardware, and other factors, particularly "leadership" seems to occupy a great proportion dating back to the 20th century, as the latest theory of leadership has been named "value-based leadership".
Older studies on M-Police confirmed "Leadership" indeed has a positive effect, but only in the 19th century, the vision of the old charm, unlike transformational leadership is not on the current value-based leadership as the most representative of the studies. The present study is based on information systems, service quality and user satisfaction, and value-basedleadership test and impact on the use of M-police, providing clues of how to strengthen performance and convenient usage, and also for correcting hardware and software in reference.
