The research study methods included the use of inherently safe design and TRIZ method. First, the use of inherently safe including a substitution, limitation of effects, avoiding knock-on effect and reduction hazard methods, the risk of possibly harming precautions and the possible elimination of potential hazards to ensure the curls user’s safety. And by using TRIZ methods to make improvements, and in technical contradiction matrix to identify the principles of the invention, which may be by improved parameters and to avoid deterioration parameters, providing reference parameters of product design. The completion of the design of the prototype structure drawing software to draw, the results of this study are as follows. 1. Through separate curls design, so that the curls can be kept dry, reducing human errors of operation, to avoid electrical hazards in hot air blowing and perming. 2. With the design of the temperature control that reducing human process error in hot air blowing procedure and to avoid high temperature damaging hair. 3. With the application and design of thermal conductivity principles that to reduce human errors during perming processe and prevent human exposure to electromagnetic interference effectively. 4. Through the use of drainage design mode and protective gloves to reduce agents of permanent in contact with the skin and the use of ventilation equipment to eliminate inhalation of the permanent chemical effectively.
