However researcher has been absorbing the trend nowadays in the macro-economy, discovered restaurant businesses will not be replaced by the internet business, restaurant businesses always have high demand, minimum criteria, failure cost is minimal, to enter the restaurant industry, which is the first choice priority for people who wish to start-up new business or changing job. researcher himself has over 20+ years experience of managing restaurant service business, deeply realized that it is not so easy to “sustain long term growing” restaurant business. The researcher’s enterprises entered the United States'' market in year 2008, and became close acquaintance with Panda Restaurant Group. Since then, researcher had been visited the founder: Andrew Cherng. In every visit of Panda restaurant, researcher discovered every employee of Panda restaurants is cheerful and joyful, and everyone enforces high standard of hygiene in the restaurant and everyone has strong sense of company loyalty. This has inspired researcher to set the research agenda to study Panda Restaurant Group and corporate culture. How does the corporate culture in Panda Restaurant Group has influences on Human Resource System activity? How does Human Resource System activity support corporate culture?In order to learn and understand further about Panda Restaurant Group. The two days researchgoing to the headquarter of Panda Restaurant Group in the United States and two Panda restaurants, proceeding the company visits and in-depth interviews with the founder and employees of Panda Restaurant Groupbegan in August 2015.Based on the interviewing content, the researcher conductedand analysed the discussion record. According to outcome of interview and research, the researcher discovered Panda Restaurant Group has highly pay attention to cultivating corporate culture and talent, investing lots of time and efforts in these two aspects. The Mission, Vision, Core Value, Corporate culture related slogans of Panda Restaurant Group are all seen in every corner of headquarter office, logistics warehouse, computer desk, business cards, restaurant stores. During the interview, many different people have the same comments about the company. In Panda Restaurant Group, there is No Best, Only Better! The vision of Panda Restaurant Group by year 2020 is to become the world''s leading organization of cultivating talent and a name-brand by every customer, has major investments particularly in the professional development and personal growth of every employee, setting up the interning-restaurant classrooms in the headquarter office, establishing Panda University. In PandaRestaurant Group, precise job responsibility and accountability are clearly announced in every position, let each employee clearly understand the job role and responsibility, enforcing corporate culture and cultivating talent are all part of the job performance evaluation. Panda Restaurant Group has spent 40 years in improving corporate culture and human resources management, researcher believes after learning with minor adjustments of Panda Restaurant Group’s corporate culture and human resources management, its system can be applied and executed within the researcher’s enterprises, to further expedite the company growth.
