The researcher’s enterprises entered the United States'' market in year 2008, and became close acquaintance with Panda Restaurant Group. Since then, researcher had been visited the founder: Andrew Cherng. In every visit of Panda restaurant, researcher discovered every employee of Panda restaurants is cheerful and joyful, and everyone enforces high standard of hygiene in the restaurant and everyone has strong sense of company loyalty. This has inspired researcher to set the research agenda to study Panda Restaurant Group and corporate culture. According to outcome of interview and research, the researcher discovered Panda Restaurant Group has highly pay attention to cultivating corporate culture and talent, investing lots of time and efforts in these two aspects. The Mission, Vision, Core Value, Corporate culture related slogans of Panda Restaurant Group are all seen in every corner of headquarter office, logistics warehouse, computer desk, business cards, restaurant stores.
