Some common methods can’t inspect target because the background is complex in image. Thus, gray match, shape match, and integrated method were established to search three targets – A, B, and C types of images. The results show that gray match method has the fastest computation time (31.75 ms), but this method is unstable (accuracies are between 0 and 100%). The accuracies are 100%, 100% and 34% for three types using shape match method respectively. The average computation time of shape match method is 32.75 ms. The integrated method is stable, the accuracies are 100%, 100% and 88.3% for three types although the computation time is 62.25 ms. Therefore, the developed software can search three targets effectively.
