Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 生物產業機電工程學系所 === 104 === The purpose of this research was to develop a machine of the automated inspection system for poultry egg incubation. The system can detect a lot of hatching eggs and reduce glare caused by occupational injuries to employees. According to the reference, about using spectrum measurement hatching eggs was using five colors of light for candling eggs by image processing. The results showed that the yellow light had a good effect to determine unfertilized egg and early death egg. This research further discussed the spectral response of the hatching egg. In order to meet the hatchery after the screening eggs on the tenth day, it must be moved to a vaccine plant. So this research was using the ROC curve, which is the statistical methods on reference, to find the thresholds of the unfertilized egg and the early death egg on the ninth day.
In the experiment of the spectrum, this research found that the absorption capacity of the fertilized egg at a wavelength of 580 NM was increasing by incubating, so candling eggs had good results by yellow light. In the experiment for testing the automated detection systems, the results of the development of devices detected conformed the trend of reference. Detection of the second batch of hatching eggs on the seventh day showed the unfertilized egg can be established threshold of 190.5 that the detection accuracy rate was 99% and on the ninth day showed the early death egg can be established threshold of 85 that the detection accuracy rate was 100%.
