Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 資訊管理學系所 === 104 === As education trends along with the evolution of computer technology,teachers need to innovate and qualify for their teaching ,and increase for their expertise.Th- rough the application of Organizational Learning Theory and learning community supports the senior high school teachers'' learning activity.After learning and chang- ing of knowledge, the learning teams of the senior high school teachers make nece- ssary adjustments promote the progress of the teachers. This research in order to explore the teachers into learning community intention and the needs of expertise tries to analyze the senior high school teachers in "profe- ssional knowledge," "interpersonal ," "personal needs," and "social satisfact" these four aspects as the main content. The first, the survey of the intention of the teachers'' professional knowledge of this research region shows that the main professional knowledge intention of the se- nior high school teachers of Taichung City non-metropolitan area is to read the varie- ty of books with knowledge to lead the students,Eigenvalue 6.45as the highest.Then, the principal professional knowledge intention of the senior high school teachers of Taichung City metropolitan area is to solve the difficult problems of undergraduate program and devote into the student discipline, Eigenvalue 4.758. The second, the main interpersonal intention of the senior high school teachers of Taichung City non-metropolitan area is to obtain the support of the collective and get learned friends leadership, Eigenvalue 5.019 as the highest.Next,the main interperson- al intention of the senior high school teachers of Changhua City metropolitan area is to have learned research teams to improve leadership ability, Eigenvalue 4.23. The third, the main personal needs intention of the senior high school teachers of Taichung City non-metropolitan area is to be changed well for their quality and to be stimulated potential to get a sense of achievement,Eigenvalue 5.82.Then, the main personal needs intention of the senior high school teachers of Taichung City metro- politan area is to be used to read books to improve and correct for reading, Eigenvalue 4.36. Finally, the main intention of resourceful satisfact to the senior high school teachers of Taichung City non-metropolitan area is to access the use of resources and enhance the professional image,and cohere to the school staff awareness, Eigenvalue7.033.Next , the principal intention of resourceful satisfact to the senior high school teachers of Changhua City metropolitan area is to be sponsored by the private organizations and be rewarded by the administrative force for network authentication, Eigenvalue5.808.
