Based on WEB 2.0 - the Social networking service sites have flourished in recent years, and the Internet is becoming an important communication medium for people to connect with the world. The research is based on a case study in the propaganda effect of using social networking site on web forum. We have built a community forum and set up a Facebook Fan Page to use with Google Analytics, a free analysis networking tool provided by Google. According to the analysis of network data, adjusting Facebook Fan Page business model no longer blindly pursues the number of posts but identify the prime time point based on data analysis. With the Fan Page Like tracking feature and the Boost Posts, the frequency of website exposure can improve. After building up Facebook Fan Page, the Total Page Likes increases 96% and Post Reach increases 98%. User Visitor increases 77%, Returning Visitor increases 18%, average Page Views increases 2% and average Time on Site increases 30%.
