In this study, the researcher uses Comprehensive Meta-analysis 3.0 as a platform to analyze and integrate relative studies in Taiwan. This research includes 21 studies, and sets gender, age, years of service, and whether hold a concurrent post in adjunct administration as four factors to investigate if these factors can affect the correlation between teacher’s professional learning community and teaching effectiveness. According to the standard of Cohen(1988), the result of this research shows that the correlation between teacher’s professional learning community and teaching effectiveness has great significance; the correlation between teacher’s professional learning community and the dimensions of teaching effectiveness has average significance; and the correlation between the dimensions of teacher’s professional learning community and the teaching effectiveness also has average significance. The conclusions of this research are as follows: 1. On the entirety to entirety, teacher’s professional learning community and teaching effectiveness have highly significant and positive correlation. 2. On entirety to dimensions, teacher’s professional learning community and teaching effectiveness have average significant and positive correlation. 3. On dimension to dimension, teacher’s professional learning community and teaching effectiveness have average significant and positive correlation.
