| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立政治大學 === 企業管理研究所(MBA學位學程) === 104 === Home is not only a space of living, but a place that family members share things together and enrich their minds. Therefore, it is important to create a comfortable environment for the development of families. Since there were not many researches related to the living needs of family, it is very hard to understand the accommodation needs of family.
This research uses content analysis on the in-depth interview data provided by Chinese Consumer Center, and from which chooses 20 samples from the research topic of “dwell.” According to "Family Strength", this research divides these samples into "high degree of family strength group" and "low degree of family strength group", to further study the differences and features of living between different levels of family strength.
The findings of this study are several propositions. For example, the requirement in living issue for families with high degree of family strength is originated from the needs of interacting with family members. Also, they have different concerns in different period of family life cycle. Furthermore, they are more optimistic and have greater longing for a bright future. On the other hand, families with low degree of family strength valued more about the function of a house. They are self-interest oriented and care about the convenience of themselves.
Strong and healthy family is the mainstream of the society. This research expects to inspire the related industries of living to provide suitable houses for people, looking forward to generate more strong families.
