Energy has always been an important international issues , energy security, economic development and the impact of the political stability of the country . Two major oil and gas reserves of the gradual depletion of energy , destined to compete for world power between the initiator can be said as one of the important aspects of States' international strategy. China's rapid economic growth , but also led to a large demand for energy , but the face of domestic and international energy issues , China is trying its energy resources and the opportunity to find the best strategy for energy security in the international energy threats . Russia is an important international energy exporting countries , Sino-Russian energy cooperation has advantages , but there are also competitive relationship .
