Description
Summary:碩士 === 明志科技大學 === 機械工程系機械與機電工程碩士班 === 104 === This research develops a new optical oxygen and carbon dioxide sensor incorporating aethyl cellulose (EC) matrix doped with platinum tetrakispentafluorophenylporphine (PtTFPP) as the oxygen-sensitive material, and 1-hydroxy-3,6,8-pyrenetrisulfonic acid trisodium salt (HPTS) as carbon dioxide-sensitive material. Then this sensing material is coating on the surface of the filter paper, using an LED with a central wavelength of 400 nm as an excitation source, it is shown that the emission wavelengths of the oxygen-sensitive and carbon dioxide-sensitive dye have no spectral overlap and therefore permit the oxygen and carbon dioxide concentration to be measured using the method. The experimental results have shown that the oxygen sensor has a sensitivity of 22.8 and carbon dioxide sensor has a sensitivity of 3.2. The optical dual sensor has been tested with regard to monitoring different oxygen and carbon dioxide concentrations.
