Summary: | 碩士 === 明志科技大學 === 化學工程系碩士班 === 104 === The object of this study is to use SBA-15 to solve the problem that graphene oxide can not remove from water. In this study Tetraethoxysilane was introduced as Silica source and triblock copolymer Pluronic P123 as template to synthesis SBA-15/GO composite through self-assembly method and sol-gel method. Then the adsorption of methylene blue onto SBA-15/GO composite was investigated. The physicochemical properties of SBA-15/GO composite was characterized by variety of analytical and spectroscopic techniques such as X-ray diffraction(XRD), Field-emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM), Transmission electeon microscopy(TEM), Nitrogen adsorption, Fourier transform infrared spectormetry(FT-IR) and Ramman spectroscopy. Adsorption experiments are carried out under different experiment variables, and the results were analyzed by adsorption isotherms and kinetics. XRD patterns show SBA-15/GO composite has both SBA-15 and graphene oxide characteristic peaks, and the calcination temperature effects the SBA-15/GO structure. FE-SEM images show SBA-15/GO composite has uniformed and long channels and its partical size is between 0.5~3µm. In TEM images demonstrate the existance of hexagonal array and pore walls can be seen as well. Nitrogen adsorption experiment results show under 550℃ calcinated SBA-15/GO composite has better pore structure parameters. The surface area, pore diameter, pore size SBA-15/GO composite are 891 m2/g, 59.17Å, 1.035 cm3/g. From the isotherm adsorption test can confirmed that methylene blue adsorbed onto SBA-15/GO followed Langmuir isotherm model and pseudo-second-order model. After the calculation from adsorption isotherms and kinetics, the formula of SBA-15/GO composite were obtained which are 1⁄(q_e=0.00437⁄(C_e+) 0.00963) 和 t⁄(q_t=0.00626t+0.01022) ,respectively. In different experiment variebles of the adsorption experiment confirmed that SBA-15/GO composite has better adsorption ability under alkaline envirement, the adsorption capacity and removal are 260.13 mg/g and 99.78% .
