The laser power、processing time、pulse frequency were selected for the fiber laser operation process.The experimental plan was based on a Taguchi orthogonal array table. A hybrid method that includes the response surface methodology (RSM), are proposed to search for an optimal parameter setting of the micro-structure etching process. In addition, an analysis of variance (ANOVA) was implemented to identify significant factors influencing for the micro-structure etching process parameters. The laser power and processing time is the most significant factor. By regression analysis, a mathematical predictive model fiber laser micro-structure etching process parameters and the dot dept and diameter strength of the response surface equation were developed in terms of the process parameter.
