It has been widely used to control the motors and some other low-voltage electrical equipment . It is also important component in equipment and, machine tools. Therefore the quality improvement for the process of Electromagnetic contactor is closely related to its production costs. This study adopted “Taguchi method”to find out the root causes of poor quality of the electromagnetic contactor processes for a studied case. The controlled factors considered in this study are "A Core Cushion", "Rubber Cushion", "S Core Cushion " and "Base". Finally experiments are designed to improve the quality of process vibration on the issues of "Riveted iron core" and "The plane of riveted iron core. The results indicate that the proposed kaizen programs can improve the NPL from 12.22% to 5.25%.
