The process of developing the questionnaire is divided into three different stages. The first stage is to collect the competency factors by using competency information related websites, literature reviewing and interviewing with team leaders from many related companys. And we analyze and identify the competency factors as the input data of AHP process.
The second stage is to ask thirty team experienced experts to participate the questionnaire process. The purpose of this stage is to collect the viewpoints of experts in order to eliminate ,merge and revise competency factor. The purpose is to fulfill the requirement of competence factors for team leader in this industry.
The last stage is to code the data into Expert Choice for collecting the ranking of the weight of competency factors, based on results of these ranking weight of competence factors .Finally the assessment tool for selecting team leader has been developed and forward to related experts to confirm the validation of feasibility.
