This study focuses the impact of procedural justice for affective organizational commitment and how leader-member exchange has intermediary effect between procedural justice and affective organizational commitment. Questionnaire survey has been collected from the small-middle-firms in Hsinchu and Miaoli districts with 542 valid participants. The results indicate that both procedural justice and leader member exchange have positive effect on affective organizational commitment, whereas leader-member exchange has partial intermediary effect between procedural justice and affective organizational commitment.
