Summary: | 碩士 === 明新科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系碩士班 === 104 === In this paper, using Six Sigma (DMAIC) method to improve the yield rate of battery slices manufacturing process. In define procedure, top managers attend and build up a “Six Sigma” project team. The team is firstly to understand the customer’s voice and devote to unconformity process analysis. In measure procedure, the project team is to analyze the current ability of process and set up the target of improvement. In analyze procedure, using cause & effects charts to identify the sources of the problems, and finding the real cause to claim to correct measure. In improve procedure, using Taguchi method to obtain the optimal solutions and verify the effectiveness. Finally, in control procedure, using statistical control system (SPC) to monitor and maintain the project results. Experimental results show this study to find out factor, standards and method is effective in improving, among: Battery impedance average decrease 11%, battery slice process of defect rate decrease 20%, and raised battery slice process of standard operation procedure.
After six month to work hard, project team has lifting the factory of problem, make company more competitive and achieve customer satisfaction, complete the project.
