碩士 === 美和科技大學 === 生技科技系健康產業碩士班 === 104 === In "Compendium of Materia Medica" and "Herbal", turtle has been documented in a Yin and Yang, fever, blood and Xiaoyu effect, and since the Qing Dynasty, the royal cuisine turtle officials was specifically provided in the palace and called "turtle official" so by the East and the best of the nation's favorite saint health products, because for men strong rumors, soft-shelled turtle has excellent results, but it was found in the literature for the study of soft-shelled turtle, it has a lower index of hepatitis, blood pressure and blood glucose of the drop. Although the results were satisfactory, but we can’t found many reports to refer those studies. For this study, in allusion to the Chinese soft-shelled turtle genitalia hormone substance, the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is used for analyzing the hormone type and content, and developing the product belonging to natural "Viagra" of men. Thirteen kinds of hormone different standard products are used in the experiment to configure the mixed standard to complete the establishment of high performance liquid chromatography, then, the sample is detected and analyzed with high-performance liquid chromatography after being extracted through ethyl alcohol and subjected to the esterification reaction, thus, confirming the kind and concentration of hormone in the extracted sample. The results from the study showed that the sample extracted through ethyl alcohol contains Estriol, Boldenone, Estrone and other kinds; and the sample extracted through water contains Estriol, Prednisone, Fludrocortisone acetate, Estradiol, Hexestrol and the like. It can be found from the HPLC that, it confirms that the sample contains a lot of hormone ingredients after being extracted, concentrated and analyzed, and the hormone ingredients are very likely to be the key ingredient of Chinese soft-shelled turtle in traditional tonic.
