Discussion of home care attendant circumstances a difference of job burnout. 3. Discussion on home care attendant produce emotional exhaustion difference scenario. 4. participate in recreational sports, whether correlation exists between job burnout and emotional exhaustion. 5. Participation affect the case of recreational job burnout and emotional exhaustion. On the scope of the study and the object on 2016 he worked at the Pingtung County Government Home Services commissioned 17 units of home care attendants for the study. Mining questionnaire survey research methods, in order to facilitate sampling approach to data collection, distributed 500 questionnaires, excluding invalid questionnaires, 485 valid questionnaires was real, the effective response rate was 97%. The resulting data processing with spss for window version 17 descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product moment correlation and stepwise regression analysis and other statistical analysis. The results found that: home care job market is labor-intensive industries, require more younger people are willing to invest in this industry, labor, prolonged labor to do the work, the opportunity to engage in recreational sports also will choose relatively better or a more relaxed pastime projects, such as jogging, hiking, picnic and recreational sports are the main class of choice. For home care staff, the job burnout and emotional exhaustion of the regression analysis of the impact of having a more positive impact strength, more the time to participate in sports, the positive impact of the higher emotional exhaustion.
