However, formulating recruiting system well to enhance the dignity, expanding the source of law, and constructing the guarantee of soldiers' rights and welfare well are all the approaches to increasing the soldiers' willing of renewal. To improve the situation that service period of compulsory soldiers is shorten which does not coincide with the cost of human power training, in the future, the department will keep a pragmatic attitude toward fortifying the results of preparation of the army, national defense transformation, effectively increasing the benefits of national defense organization, ensuring the overall power of national defense, maintaining the military power and absorbing professional knowledge uninterruptible. The research is aimed to discuss the issue if volunteer soldiers' willing of renewal will be affected by high payment and good welfare, satisfaction to work, characteristics of work, leading style of cadres, and outer effective factors. Therefore, the volunteer soldiers of southern Taiwan chemical troops are set as the research targets. 200 questionnaires are distributed, while 160 copies are valid. With gathering the information of scale of the factors of affecting on retaining willing , there are some results of empirical search as below: 1.There is a positive relationship between high payment & welfare and the retaining willingness. 2.There is a positive relationship between work satisfaction and the retaining willings 3.There is a positive relationship between work characteristics and the retaining willings. 4.There is a positive relationship between leading style and a positive retaining willingness 5.There is a positive relationship between external influence factor and the the retaining willings Jing Xian Song 宋競賢 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 97 zh-TW |
