The business is more successful year by year with higher revenue and profit and increment in number of projects the Corporation involves in.
Although the satisfaction of customer in construction field does mean the customer loyalty, it is about price, this thesis aims at conducting a probably study about customers assessment of what is provided by the Corporation. According to the findings, there are three factors that affect customer satisfaction towards construction products of Cienco 4: project operation, service interaction and feeling about co-operation. Besides, the position at work and working experience of respondents also has correlation with customer satisfaction.
