Data were collected from 130 teachers from the N primary school using a general survey sampling method. The valid return rate is 100%. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis for further statistical test. Results showed that there were no significant differences among groups with respect to demographic data in both organizational climate and teachers' morale. The level of organizational climate and teachers' morale of a primary school was positve. Regarding the consequences of relationships between organizational climate and teachers' morale, the analyses suggested that there was a positive correlation between organizational climate and teachers' morale, and all the estimates for weights and correlations were, in this case, also statistically significant. Three items which measured directive behaviour by the principal and educator loaded as a separate factor. The three items were: principal supportive behaviour, principal restrictive behaviour and educator intimate behaviour. These three items also obtained statistically significant positive regression coefficients in the stepwise multiple regression analysis with regard to the effect variables. Keywords: Organizational climate, teachers' morale LIN,MEI- HUI LIN,YI-SHIN 林美惠 林怡芯 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 168 zh-TW
